Walk the Stone Labyrinth Within
Neighborhood Church
415 Paseo Del Mar
Palos Verdes Estates, CA. 90724-1216
Join a group of women in a contemplative journey walking the labyrinth to recognize how we may have placed stones in our path, what purpose they may serve and take a deeper look into their current value in our life. Come renew your compassion, lessen your judgments, increase your patience, find your purpose and share it with the world. Learn how to use guided imagery to quiet the mind, self reflection, and integrate the mind, body, spirit connection.
The labyrinth is a tool to guide healing, deepen self-knowledge, empower creativity and reduce stress. It helps us see our lives in the context of a path, a pilgrimage -- that we are not human beings on a spiritual path but spiritual beings on a human path. The experience is different for everyone; each of us brings different raw material to the process. We each bring our unique hopes, dreams, history and the longings of our soul.
